The Until We All Win community investment program is a direct reflection of what our eight Employee Networks, collectively known as NikeUNITED, stand for — our commitment to diversity and inclusion in the communities where we live and work. Each year (beginning in 2019), in partnership with Charities Aid Foundation of America, we recommend awards of $4 million to support nonprofit organizations that work to level the playing field for underrepresented communities in cities where we have deep relationships with employees and consumers, and other relevant locations across North America. Intersectionality is a key consideration in our grantmaking — it enables us to increase our impact and create more meaningful change.
The nonprofits listed were selected in conjunction with Network members.
