Advancing Worker Wellbeing

We’re moving beyond compliance to help suppliers advance capabilities. We’re focused on scaling programs that enhance worker engagement, increase compensation and improve social dialogue.

Protecting the Environment

Sustainability must be our top priority in order to protect the environment where athletes* live and play. We work with suppliers who share our commitment to zero compromise for athletes* and the environment and focusing on reducing our collective impact in energy and emissions, waste, water, and chemistry.

Accelerating Industry Change

We believe that as an industry we must work together to improve standards and monitor working conditions. Many of the challenges we want to address are too complex for one brand or company to solve. We collaborate with a wide range of stakeholders to solve systemic issues and improve outcomes for workers and their communities.
In some instances, these relationships run really deep, 30 and 40 years deep, and that's unique. This approach helps elevate capabilities across environment, health, safety, and labor.
